We develop a maintenance service for customer support because it must comply continuously with data protection regulations and not only when completing the adaptation.
What does the maintenance service include?
- Service of continuous and unlimited attention to doubts and queries.
- Ongoing training on data protection compliance.
- Updates due to changes in applicable regulations.
- Updates motivated by reports, recommendations and resolutions of the AEPD and the EDPS.
- Advice for responding to requests for the exercise of rights of data subjects.
- Legal assistance in response to requests received from the AEPD in the event of a complaint.
- Managing and reporting incidents and security breaches.
